General Directions:

Baked is on Court street @ Douglass, in the middle of many shops and restaurants. You can walk from Baked, a bakery in Red Hook, to Sweet Melissa in about 20 minutes. It’s a nice way to work up an appetite if you’re on a Brooklyn bakery tour.

Tips:

Get the Beesting – a custard filled brioche bun dipped in a honey caramel. Yum.


There are 2 other locations – one in Manhattan at 75 W Houston Street (at West Broadway) and another in Brooklyn at 296 Bond Street (at Sackett). The baking headquarters is at the Bond Street location.
