Fenway Park
The home of the 2004 World Championship Boston Red Sox. Originally opened in 1912, Fenway Park now stands as America’s oldest major league ballpark. The trademark 37-foot high left field wall (known as the ‘Green Monster’) and manually operated scoreboard is simply a must see for any casual or avid baseball fan. The structure is continually going through renovations, improvements, and expansions. Guided tours are available for those unable to attend a ballgame from May through September. Tip: good seats for games may be difficult to come by, especially if the Yankees are in town.
