Currently, only administrators and certain members are allowed to revert to a saved state in an item's history. We are trying to think of effective ways of managing the content. One idea is to give "power users" (users who have demonstrated their keenness) administrative functions.
Of course, if you think that this item needs to be changed, you can always make edits to it, or simply mark the item as offensive.
