There’s an awesome view of the entire city from this 95th floor restaurant/bar/lounge. The molten cake wasn’t too great, though there was a good selection of dessert wines. The room was cramped as expected for a Saturday night. Bars close at 3 a.m. but it’s hard to get into a place after 2 a.m.
