As a local, I’ve never actually stayed in this hotel, but if I were to splurge on a local weekend getaway, this is the place I would go. AAA Five Diamonds Craftsman-style hotel, location near my favorite Beach (Torrey Pines State Beach), hiking (Torrey Pines State Reserve), and next to the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course – this is a getaway dream. This hotel is close to UCSD and all attractions in La Jolla, but about a 20 min. drive to downtown.
