Excellent Vietnamese food, located in Chinatown. What I like most about TS is their spring roll is wrapped in rice paper, not the wonton wraps you find 99% of VN places. Using rice paper makes the roll much more crisp and lighter. The service is decent, the place is relatively clean and the owner very nice.
