We stayed in a 2 person private room and also in the family ensuite room (see website for other rates & room availability). Our 2 person private room had a bunk bed, a small couch, TV and a window; the room was small but still nice. The family ensuite had a double bed, a loft bed over a couch, a small desk and a window. Plenty of room and the ensuite shower room/sink/toilet (with auto washlet, I think) was very handy, especially with a baby in tow. The common bathrooms are also modern and clean.
The location is great, literally a block ( a very small block) from Kuramae station. Lots of convenience stores, cheap restaurants nearby.

General Directions:

Kuramae station on the Subway Oedo line. See access directions on the website. Look for the yellow corner building with the white and blue sign outside.

Tips:

Website says to book 3 months ahead at the earliest, but if you want the private ensuite room, try booking as soon as you can
