We’re a small working winery and each day we taste and tour throughout the winery so you can see how we make our wine. Once a day you can join an in depth educational tour which takes you into our cellars and through our vineyards, ending with a tasting of our wines. A wine and food pairing experience is available on Thursday and Friday.

Take Highway 101 North
Take Golden Gate Bridge exit
Exit Highway 101 at Highway 37 (Napa/Vallejo)
Turn left on Highway 121 North (Napa/Sonoma)
Follow 121 North until the highway ends
Turn left at Highway 29 North (Follow signs to Calistoga)
Pass through Napa & Yountville
At Oakville you are approximately 1 mile south of the winery, we are on the right side of the highway, we have no sign, look for the black mailbox with Cakebread Cellars, 8300 St. Helena Highway.

Follow 680 toward Sacramento
Exit to Highway 12 (Napa)
Turn right on Highway 29 North (Follow signs to Calistoga)
Pass through Napa & Yountville

West on Highway 80 towards San Francisco
Exit to Highway 12 West to Napa
Turn right on Highway 29 North (Follow signs to Calistoga)

Tips:

Some have said we’re hard to find because there is no sign. We’ve got a black mailbox with our name on it: watch for it! As you approach, you will notice our striking wood winery building and the flower-accented stone walls.
