I eat at this neighborhood Chinese restaurant at least once a week, and the food here is delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant with a full bar area (with TV) as well as a separate dining area. Large circular tables for large parties are available. Service here is prompt and polite (the owner is normally walking around). I would suggest the Mongolian Beef dish, Smoked Fish Noodle Soup, or Onion Pancakes… yum! Just talking about it is making want to dine there tomorrow!
