Oh how I do love my Cheese Board. There two key reasons why this is the best cheese shop in the Bay Area.
First of all, they don’t sell you wine at marked up prices. In fact, they don’t sell you wine at all. These people are pure cheese. If there is ever anything that you need to know about cheese, cheese accessories, and what things to eat cheese with then this is the place you need to be. Actually, this first point is really just about cheese. They specialize in it, and you know that you’ll get the best here.
The second thing is the bread. Aside from being the best cheese shop in the Bay Area, Cheese Board arguably takes the cake for best bread bakery as well. Why? There’s no cake, donuts or odd cookies here. Just any type of fantastic bread, scone, muffin, baguette, roll, bun or other carbtastic treat you could think of. I swear, the cheese rolls and the cheese onion curry bread is ridonculous. Great for breakfast on the go.

Go next door during lunch and dinner hours to get Cheeseboard’s specialty pizza. One flavor a day is served, but it always tastes so darn good no matter what flavor it is, it doesn’t really matter. Don’t expect normal pizza, this stuff is one-of-a-kind.
