The royal residence structure itself will take your breath away, and inside you’ll see a splendid collection of paintings from artists such as Goya, Velazquez and Caravaggio. Also walk around and adore the furniture, interior decorations, silver and glassware as well as the porcelain and musical instruments. Various rooms include the Library, Pharmacy and Royal Armoury. The building was designed by Italian architect Sabatini during the years 1738-1779, it was commissioned by King Felipe V.
